For ePacket Light Orders

 

ePacket Light has both weight and volume restrictions for international shipping.

  • Maximum weight: 2kg
  • Maximum size: Length + Width + Thickness = 90cm or less
  • No single side may exceed 60cm

You’ll see a banner on products marked “ePacket Light eligible.” This means the product can be shipped with ePacket Light only if your cart follows the quantity and volume limits.

 

✉️ International ePacket Light Eligible

This item can be shipped via International ePacket Light (up to 5 yarn balls).

 

⚠️  Please follow the quantity limits shown on the product page (e.g., max 5 yarn balls).
Even if your total weight is under 2kg, orders that exceed the size or volume limit may not be eligible for ePacket Light.

 

You may combine with small items (like darning needles or buttons), but not with bulky products.

If your order exceeds the limit, we may not be able to ship it via ePacket Light. We’ll contact you to suggest an alternative shipping method (such as EMS).
