Definitely! Our kits are specially designed with first timers in mind: every crochet & embroidery kit comes with video tutorials to guide you step-by-step in your project.
For crochet kits, we also provide both written and charted pattern, and use beginner-friendly yarns that are easier to hold and faster to finish.
As for our Embroidery kits, we're using single threaded embroidery floss so you won't have to go through the hassle of splitting them as you usually would! You'll also find both lined and dotted pattern so you can simply embroidery according to the dots without worrying where you're going.

For ultimate beginners, we recommend our Embroidery Starter Kit, Crochet Basket Kit & Crochet Card Holder Kit. They're the most popular DIY kits for beginners to date. There are so many of first-timer stitchers around the world who have successfully finished them!

All of our crochet patterns use the US terminology. But worry not, each kit also comes with a step-by-step video tutorials that will guide you through your project from start to finish!

Coming across a knot on your yarn while you're in the middle of you project can be confusing, but due to the nature of yarn production, it's unfortunately unavoidable.
However, having a knot in your yarn doesn't mean that your yarn defected in any way, you can still knit over it as you usually would!

Ordering & Payment
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay and Manual Bank Transfer.

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
As soon as they're shipped, you'll receive an email notification with your shipping information so you can track where your order is.

In general, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless the item is out of stock or there is an issue with the order. Please double-check your cart before completing payment.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it — please contact us as soon as possible at sales@da-mira.com.
However, please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations, address changes, or order modifications once the order has been placed.
Shipping & Returns
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. You can check if your country is eligible (along with estimated shipping rates) directly at checkout.

Yes! We offer expedited international shipping through EMS (Express Mail Service). This is the fastest option available and usually arrives within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

If EMS is available for your country, it will automatically appear as a shipping option at checkout.
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Domestic shipping (within Japan): 2–3 business days- International expedited shipping (EMS): 2–7 business days
- International standard shipping (ePacket Light): Around 5–21 business days
For domestic orders within Japan:
Shipping to certain regions such as Okinawa, Hokkaido, and other remote islands may take a few extra days compared to standard delivery times. Delays may also occur due to weather or transport conditions.

Items shipped outside of Japan are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. However, we are not responsible for any occurring custom duties or taxes.
Depending on the country, the value and the type of products, there may be cases where you won't be charged with custom duties or taxes.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect or defective.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@da-mira.com with an unboxing video and your order details.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns due to order mistakes or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
In cases where a parcel is returned to us due to reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, unavailability of the recipient, failure to collect the parcel, or lack of response to delivery attempts, we do not take responsibility for re-shipping the product.
If re-shipment is requested, the additional shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
If re-shipment is not requested, a partial refund of the product price will be issued. Please note that a handling fee will be deducted from the refund to account for packaging, labor and logistics costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Gifting & Gift Cards
Yes we do! During checkout you will be asked if your purchase is a gift, if you select ‘yes’ we will provide complementary gift packaging that includes:
• A handwritten note
• A “SURPRISE!” tape around the box
You will also be given the option to include what you’d like us to write on the note, or we can include a blank gift note if you prefer to write it yourself.
Worry not, prices will not be shown on our paperwork so it’s gift ready!
Yes! We offer E-Gift Cards in USD for international purchases. E-Gift Cards will be delivered by email, with instructions to redeem them at checkout. You can choose to send it to your email or directly to the lucky recipient!
Instructions to redeem your E-Gift Card will be sent via email, and you can redeem the value of the gift card by entering its unique code at checkout.
Please note that E-Gift Cards are only valid if purchased on da-Mira.com, and only apply to orders made on da-Mira.com as well.
Nope! Our E-Gift Card have no expiry date.
