• About Product Prices
  All prices listed on this website are listed excluding Japanese consumption tax.
  For orders shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax will be added at checkout.
  
  For orders shipped outside of Japan, no Japanese tax will be charged.
  
  Taxes are automatically calculated by Shopify based on your shipping destination, and the final amount will be displayed at checkout.

• Payment Methods

• Shipping Timeframe
  Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. For pre-orders or made-to-order items, please refer to the item page for estimated delivery times.
  
  In rare cases, some items may be out of stock after ordering. We will contact you promptly with alternative options or refunds.
  
  
• Returns & Exchanges
  Returns are accepted only in cases of defective items. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
  
  Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products. 
  
  
• Shipping
  We offer both domestic shipping within Japan (via Japan Post/Yamato) and international shipping (via EMS/International ePacket Light). Shipping fee vary by destination, order volume, weight and volume. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 
  
  Customs duties and taxes incurred at destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
  
  
• Reshipment Policy
  In cases where a parcel is returned to us due to reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, unavailability of the recipient, failure to collect the parcel, or lack of response to delivery attempts, we do not take responsibility for re-shipping the product.
  
  If re-shipment is requested, the additional shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
  
  If re-shipment is not requested, a partial refund of the product price will be issued. Please note that a handling fee will be deducted from the refund to account for packaging, labor and logistics costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  
  
• Order Cancellation
  Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless the item is out of stock or there is an issue with the order. Please double-check your cart before confirming payment. 
  
  
• Product Disclaimer
  We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, due to monitor differences and production variations, colors and packaging may appear slightly different than what is shown online.
  
  Please also note that occasional knots or joins in yarn are a natural part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects. 
  
  
• Limitation of Liability
  We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping companies, customs procedures or natural disasters. While we will assist with claim processes when possible, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed under such circumstances.

• 商品価格について
  本サイトに掲載されている商品価格は、すべて消費税抜きの金額です。
  日本国内への配送には、チェックアウト時に10％の消費税が加算されます。
  海外への発送については、日本の消費税は課税されません。
  
  税額は、ご注文の配送先情報に基づきShopifyにより自動計算され、チェックアウト時に最終金額が表示されます。

  予約商品や受注生産品については、商品ページに記載された発送予定をご確認ください。
  
  まれに、ご注文後に在庫切れが判明する場合がございます。その際は、代替商品や返金について速やかにご連絡いたします。
  
  
• 返品・交換について
  不良品に限り返品を承ります。商品到着後5日以内にご連絡ください。
  デジタル商品の性質上、返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
  
  
• 配送方法
  日本国内：日本郵便またはヤマト運輸にて配送
  海外配送：EMSまたは国際eパケットライトにて配送
  
  送料は配送先、注文内容（数量・重量・体積）により異なります。チェックアウト時に最終送料が表示されます。
  
  通関時に発生する関税や輸入税は、お客様のご負担となります。
  
  
• 再配送について
  宛先不明・住所不備・長期不在・受取拒否などにより返送された場合、弊社は再発送の責任を負いません。
  
  再発送をご希望の場合、再送料はお客様負担となります。
  
  再発送をご希望されない場合、商品代金の一部を返金いたしますが、梱包・人件費・物流にかかる手数料を差し引いた額となります。送料は返金対象外です。
  
  
• 注文のキャンセルについて
  ご注文確定後のキャンセルは原則としてお受けしておりません。
  在庫切れや注文内容に不備がある場合を除きますので、必ずご確認の上ご注文ください。
  
  
• 商品に関する免責事項
  商品説明および画像は、できる限り正確に表示しておりますが、モニターの設定や製造ロットによって色味やパッケージが実物と異なる場合があります。
  
  また、糸に含まれる結び目やつなぎ目は製造工程上発生するものであり、不良品ではありません。
  
  
• 責任の制限について
  配送業者の遅延、通関手続き、天災等による配送トラブルについては弊社は責任を負いかねます。可能な範囲でサポートはいたしますが、代替品の発送や返金を保証するものではありません。
